Hi,
I use Ubench 0.32 (http://www.phystech.com/download/ubench.html) which
support SMP benchmark.
Machine with have very similary configuration:

      System Description Ubench CPU Ubench MEM Ubench AVG
      FreeBSD 4.4-PRERELEASE
      2xPIII 1GHz 1.5Gb RAM 112,037 81,088 96,562


I have PIII 1GHz@1,2GHz and 1,5 GB RAM at 150 MHz
My CPU benchmark si about 55,000.
