The BSDI NetScape NetSite server will run under FreeBSD.

Apache claims to have SSL support, and is freely available, but there
was a problem in the link preauthentication protocol that allowed you
to attempt to connect to a secure service, fail, and then hit "forward"
to bypass security (the server didn't refuse the URL when it should
have).  I don't know if this has been fixed.
