	It isn't.  We used this, plain emacs with jde support on Solaris, but I
have not gotten it to work on Linux and have not attempted on FreeBSD(still
having trouble getting jdk12-beta to make).  If I get my jdk working I may
try to install this, but for now I'm happy with gvim.
