i am porting the naval research lab implementation, not the NetBSD code.  i  
want all the cryptography goodies in there.

The author of NetBSD IPv6 code  -- Francis Dupont --  is working on porting
it to  FreeBSD 2.0.5.  You may  contact  him at  Francis.Dupont@inria.fr. I
don't know where he is now though.
