So you updated your source to 5-STABLE.

Looks like what I have here.  Follow the directions near the bottom of 
/usr/src/UPDATING to update the system from source:
"To rebuild everything and install it on the current system."

When you're done you should be running 5-STABLE (currently 5.4-PRERELEASE).
