 Would this happen to be an Annex?  Annex terminal servers (among others)
 can't handle the RFC1323 and/or RFC1644 TCP extensions, so if you're
 behind one of these you have to set tcp_extensions=NO in
 /etc/sysconfig or /etc/rc.conf .
