In order to fully "comply" with POLA, I would prefer not have LPRng by
default on FreeBSD 4.x, FreeBSD 5.0 can be different because people will
expect the BSDi code in it and since they are now adopting LPRng, it
would be good to have it there.

May I suggest we delay the decision until a 5.0 release is near, and
give some time for our new maintainer to commit his improvements?
