Subject: Minor build problem with net/isc-dhcp3 port

I've discovered, after cvsup'ing, that the isc-dhcp3 port won't build
without a very minor hack.

The build process appears to choke trying to sed a non-existant
pkg-message. By creating a zero-length pkg-message, doing a 'make
clean' and starting over, I was able to get a successful build/install.
