This is a very much recommended update for everyone using Perl >=3D 5.6. For those stuck with Perl < 5.6, the old stable version (2.0.6) is still available. The only change between 2.9.3 (beta) and this one is a fix for Enscript colored side by side diffs when using diffutils < 2.8.
