Yes -- you won't be able to run both mod_php4 and mod_php5 in the same instance of apache. Also you'll have to fiddle around with $PREFIX in order to get both sets of ports installed at the same time. Probably your best bet is to set up a jail(8) to run one of the apache instances in. You can use mod_proxy to make the content of the second server appear as part of the first one if you need to.
