	After you run makehistory, it makes the files history, history.n.pag 
and history.n.dir

	You must rename the history.n.* to history.*
ie:

mv history.n.pag history.pag
mv history.n.dir history.dir

	Fire up the server, and duck for cover !

YMMV of course.
