The log indicates that the OHCI controller didn't receive any acks from disk for probe packets. This usually indicates hardware problem. Do linux and windows work on exactly same hardware? (host machine and cable) How about if you change gap counts with 'fwcontrol -g 10; fwcontrol -r'?
