Hi Jason,

I do the same with Apache 1.3.22, PHP4.0.6, mySQL 3.23.47 and p5-DBI 1.20 - it
runs fine.
Maybe you can try to debug the core (gdb /usr/local/sbin/httpd core) and
get a stack dump. Maybe you can see more and solve the problem (would be glad
to hear about) or send more info's so s.o. can help.
