Security bug fixes only.  These will also be committed to -stable
(RELENG_4) at the same time -- it's a convenience for people who would
otherwise be using -RELEASE and manually applying patches.

As long as we continue to support 4.3-RELEASE for security patches
they'll end up on that branch.
