>Release: FreeBSD 2.1-STABLE i386
>Environment:

FreeBSD 2.1-STABLE, FreeBSD-2.2.2

>Description:

The dumpon program allows to set the dumpdevice for dumping kernel craches.
Currently the program accepts any device, including non swap devices for
dumping. I'm not sure if it will really dump on a non swap partition (I
corrected my mistake before a dump occured), but it would certainly be
a good idea to add a check to the program that verifies the device that
the user enters.

Just a thought...
