These 3 versions of TCL install different binaries w/different names.  If
you try to delete these packages and some other ports/packages have
dependencies on them, they will fail because they depend on a specific
version of TCL.  You can possibly try hacking these ports to work a
different version of TCL if you wish, but that may or may not work.
