	hold on there now pardner!

	several of the major lists are digested!  certainly, hackers
	questions,  and <mumble><mumble>.   send "lists" to majordomo
	for a list of all the lists that we support.

	if people want others digested, i can  do that.

	but not announce or security-notifications.
	these are *very* low volume lists and should be propagated immediately
