Every time this is asked, I explain that I HAVE NO TIME TO WORK ON THIS
JUST NOW, and point to the repeated postings I've made pointing to where
the current state of play is, and what to do.

I would hope that the archive of this list is available somewhere so
that people can get to these messages. 

I'm sorry.  I'd like to have a life, and hack on something fun for once,
but at the moment if I want to meet our ship date I can't afford to
enjoy myself.
