Hook it up to the sio0 port, @ 9600 Bd.  The simplest way to get a
serial console is typing -h at the Boot: prompt on the PC keyboard.

There are a number of more automatic ways available if you want, but
they all require that you install custom bootblocks (which is not a
big deal however).
