Another try... I still seem to have the problem below when trying to
install FreeBSD {8,9} on an iBook G4. Any suggestions are welcome.

Trying to install FreeBSD on iBook G4 (14-inch Late 2004). Both the
9.0 RC1 and RC2 install CDs yield
Decrementer exception at %SRR0: 001000e0 %SRR1: 100003030
The 8.2 install CD fails to boot with the same message, though %SRR0
is 00100100. The 7.2 install CD boots fine as does Ubuntu LIveCD. Any
hints would be greatly appreciated.
