Oh, right, I should have caught that too.

It's pretty normal to see incorrect checkums on outbound packets. The check=
sum
is done by the hardware, so at the point that tcpdump captures them it's st=
ill
not calculated.

The bug here (at least to the best of my understanding) is about inbound
packets
