After 5 hours and a few gigs of traffuc, things have been fine:
# sysctl net.inet.tcp.reass
net.inet.tcp.reass.overflows: 155
net.inet.tcp.reass.cursegments: 0
net.inet.tcp.reass.maxsegments: 4116
