Right - the PCB is prepared to have either one AT-style keyboard
connector or two PS/2 style keyboard/mouse connectors.
Keep in mind that the board is AT form-factor, so you need a custom
computer case to use PS/2 style connectors.
But it should be possible to solder a slot blend connector to the
PCB soldering fields.
