Try:

There aren't any 3.4 iso images listed, but there are plenty of 3.5.1
iso images, which was the last release of 3.x --- most of the updates
for the last few versions were bugfixes, some for security flaws.

If you absolurely must have 3.4, you can install by ftp it from:

    http://www.freebsdmirrors.org/FBSDsites.php3?release=3D3.4-RELEASE
