I am having a problem getting ccd's configured on the most recent 2.2 sup.
Is MAKEDEV messed up?

# cd /dev
# rm *ccd*
# ./MAKEDEV ccd0

# ccdconfig -vc ccd0 128 0 /dev/sd2c /dev/sd3c
