  By the way, looks like 10.3-RELEASE errata
(https://www.freebsd.org/releases/10.3R/errata.html)
is copy-pasted from 10.2-RELEASE
(https://www.freebsd.org/releases/10.2R/errata.html) with blind
10.2->10.3 replace.
Does issues with netstat, make, etc. (mentioned at the end of the Open
Issues section) still actual for 10.3-RELEASE ?
