Subject:   Shouldn't xorg-manpages be included as one of xorg's dependencies?

After doing a 'portupgrade -R xorg' today, I noticed that the
xorg-manpages port had not been upgraded, which I found a little
surprising.

Shouldn't this port be included as a (perhaps OPTIONal) dependency of
the master xorg port?
