They are good and we once used them, but ixsystems has worked better for us 
since they are more familiar with FreeBSD.
We also had some problems once with Silicon Mechanics and it took too long 
to solve the problem. Ultimately we sent the machine back and the 
replacement worked well, but it took too long to diagnose the problem for 
them to send us a replacement server.
