That's good to know about the VIA controller. I'm not quite ready to wipe my current disks yet, which I think I would have to do to switch RAID controllers, but may go that route in the future. I also confirmed I can install on a plain IDE harddrive, so may just do that for immediate testing. Thanks, Seth
