They don't have to be the same *at all*. Users don't even neccesarilly exist on the unix system - the user systems are distinct to each front page web (webiste). In our shop, we require their real username and domain name to install the frontpage extensions and set up their initial accounts, but after that they can add users, change passwords, whatever for their front page web any time using the frontpage admin interface. No matter who's doing what, in the end, the files on the OS level are owned by whoever owns the website, even if they have 3-4 people working on it.
