	Regarding this change, should ports that set NO_WRKSUBDIR be changed to
set "WRKDIR=${WRKDIRPREFIX}${.CURDIR}/work" instead?  My
sysutils/mergemaster port and devel/portlint spring immediately to mind.
If so, please feel free to make this change on mine. 

Doug (who thinks that support for read only anything is a good thing :)
