Indeed.  But *please* use send-pr(1).  I suffer from occasional bouts of
overwork which means I go through stages of reading my e-mail, nodding
sagely, thinking "Yep, great submission", and then it takes me a couple
of weeks to do anything about it.  

If you use send-pr(1) then the increasing number of Doc. Proj. committers
can tackle it as well, making it much more likely that your submission
gets seen to.
