Right.  If one looks at the code for linprocfs, you can see how we
perpetuate the lies ;-) to a small extent.

Which is what I need to do for the wireless applet (ioctls that is).=20
Similar work would need to be done for netload, or you one can play with
libgtop and get it working, as it can make for a nice abstraction layer.
