Turns out I got bored too soon, there are some that aren't there.  It's
hard to tell what patches are still applicable, as just about all the file
names changed.

All of the relevant *.bsf files are there, so the largest of the patches
are superceded.

Oops, missed

	mv ./work/pine4.00/pico/libpico.so.1.3 ./work/pine4.00/bin

between make and make install.
