I've seen this behavior on several other systems (with dict and other
utilities), and I really, really don't like it. You can get it for
yourself by installing an alias, but if it's the default, there's no
obvious way to turn it off. Personally, I never want it because I
prefer to use my terminal's scroll feature (which xterm also
supports).
