I have used the above address and the following  steps to get a tarball
of the entire packages-2.1.5 but it fails What am I doing wrong?

ftp> open ftp.FreeBSD.ORG
cd .............to be in
packages-2.1.5

then
ftp>Binary

ftp>get All.tar.Z

the response is   
get: Invalid filename format
