Hey Robin

When you are logged in as root, the virtual terminal that you are
using has those permissions - root:tty
When you login as robin, it will have robin:tty. The unused virtual
terminals will remain root:wheel

It's about who is assigned that device. Technically, I am not able to
explain this but that is what I've observed.
