don't think thats the point, or the best solution. he shouldnt have to
keep "pinging dnsadm@", dnsadm should respond.

isc is offering up a full mirror. the project should jump at that offer
and get things set up properly without isc having to send 100 requests.

who benefits?

this is a problem.
