I guess that was a little too terse.  This is a 'known bug', so feel
free to come up with a correct fix.  Look at the PAO code for a start,
but that code wasn't complete as I can still get it to fail.  (They
recommend turning off the card before removing it, but that doesn't
help with suspend/resume.)
