Verify that with 'svn info'--a build of stable shows in the uname. 
vt(4) is part of GENERIC as of r268366:

% grep vt /usr/src/sys/amd64/conf/GENERIC
# vt is the new video console driver
device		vt

device		vtnet			# VirtIO Ethernet device
