Is it possible to mmap() STD{IN,OUT,ERR}_FILENO? If so, what are the
semantics of a read past EOF?

BTW, 'advice' (the noun) is misspelt as 'advise' in the mincore(2) and
madvise(2) man pages. The spelling of madvise() may also be construed
as a bug unless one argues that 'advise' (the verb) is intended.
