	run "portupgrade -aFO" via cron.
	output messages are like this:

	files/patch-lib-pkgtools.rb in sysutils/portupgrade is not necessary.
	I do not know whether any other problem may happen without this patch,
	but for many years this program works quite well with no noisy message.
	If this causes another problem, add knob to run quietly.
