Well... yes.  You have to check out ports/astro/Makefile and add
this port to it.  You also have to add yourself to the handbook in
handbook/authors.ent, handbook/staff/chapter.sgml, and remove yourself
from handbook/contrib/chapter.sgml if you're there.  Oh, and give
-committers an introduction!

Just FYI you don't need the trailing / :>.
