ASUS TXP4-X, AMD K6, Generic keyboard, Logitech serial mouse
Diamond 2000 3D Pro (S3 Virge)

But this also used to happen with my Tseng W32p card of old
and an ASUS SP3-G m/b with Intel 486/DX266.
