Cool.  Hmm, maybe they were waiting for 5.6 to be sucked into base, not
sure.

Who is MarkM?  In /usr/ports/sysutils/webmin/Makefile I see,

MAINTAINER=     olgeni@FreeBSD.org

(Cvsuped today.)  You should ask them.
