 Actually, it is not :)  You should have sent an email message to
 freebsd-gnats-admin@FreeBSD.org with the same Subject line as
 the message GNATS sent you to acknoledge the PR, or at least a Subject
 line containing 'ports/30770' somewhere near the beginning.
 I'll forward your message so that it does indeed wind up as a followup.
