Sure you can do that with UUCP and a POP server.  However, if you didn't 
already know that I really doubt you'll be able to get it to work without 
a lot of study.  If you don't have the time to learn Unix I suggest you 
look at the many NT solutions.  One that comes to mind is called IMAIL 
from http://www.ipswitch.com/
