* Turns out I disabled all but one part of it, which I've now fixed - * thanks. This Makefile needs a good cleaning-up. People patching it piecemeal has really screwed it up. For instance, the DISTFILES definition can now go away since it's only one file and it's the default. Also, there are two "USA_RESIDENT=YES" clauses which should probably be merged into one. Satoshi
