 Yes, the bundled tools (mtest, ipop[23]d & imapd) are not built nor
installed by the Pine 3.96 port and neither will be they in the new Pine
4.00 port; this is just a sign that the newly released source for Pine 4 
is not quite as stable as everyone would think !

PS: finished portlint'ing and testing on FreeBSD 3.0 and soon I'll send-pr
the port.
