So here is where the confusion comes from...

Since Warner just told me that other BSDs don't handle this (ie they
only do PHYSICAL), why do you think *we* should handle this?

If we're going to default for safety, why change the mtree defaults to
the unsave variant in the first place?

I think that you undermine your reasoning by changing the mtree
defaults. I think we should either leave it as it is, or change mtree to
use FTS_PHYSICAL and with that, change the defaults in our build
process.

Thoughts?
